Mrs. Li's

Hello Everyone! My name is Elizabeth Li. The most important thing that you should know about me is that I love teaching English!

 

I am a graduate of both West Liberty University, where I received my bachelors degree, and West Virginia University, where I received my masters in education. I am certified and endorsed to teach both English 5-Adult and Journalism.

I actually began my career as a journalist, but teaching was never far from my heart. I worked at West Liberty Television during college and spent time volunteering at a local after school program. I loved it so much, that I decided to begin a career in education.

One of the things that you will quickly learn about me, Is that I love reading! In class we will read (and talk about) an abundance of literature, but my favorites are by far Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird and Mary Shelly's Frankenstein.
